Shipping, Returns and Store Policies


When will I receive my order? Typically, it takes 3 - 7 days to process an order before it is shipped. Delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

  • Europe: 6 - 8 business days

  • USA: 3 - 4 business days

  • Australia: 2 - 14 business days

  • Japan: 4 - 8 business days

  • International: 10 - 20 business days

Where will my order be shipped from? We work with an on-demand company that fulfills orders with facilities worldwide. Depending on where you are, orders will be fulfilled and shipped from the facility that can do so most efficiently.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order? For international orders, additional customs and tax fees may apply. These fees are beyond our control and are determined by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Therefore, please inquire directly with your local customs office to see if duties and taxes will be applied to your purchases.

My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven't received it. What should I do? Before contacting us, please assist us by:

  • Checking the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.

  • Inquiring at your local post office if the package is available.

  • Asking your neighbors if the courier left the package with them.

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbor's, please contact us at with your order number. If you found an error in your delivery address, we can resend your order, but shipping will be at your own expense.


How are the products created? We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper with locations worldwide. Depending on where you are, orders are fulfilled and shipped from the facility that can do so most efficiently. Tip: Check out Printful's production shots to see how we create certain products.

How can I track my order? You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, please email us at

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? We're sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us remedy this quickly, please email us within one week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have about your order to We will propose a solution as soon as possible.


What are your return policies? We work with a print-on-demand provider that produces items only when they are ordered. To avoid overproduction, we ask you to consider the environment and refrain from ordering unnecessary products. If there is anything wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Please let us know if something is wrong with your order or if you are dissatisfied by contacting us at

Do you offer refunds? Refunds are offered only to customers who received incorrect or damaged items. If either of these applies, please contact our customer support at with photos of the incorrect/damaged items, and we will take care of it.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? Since we work with a print-on-demand provider that produces items only when they are ordered, we currently do not offer exchanges. To avoid unnecessary production of items, please refer to our size charts to determine which size fits. We have one for each item in our store in the product description.

While rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this happens, please let us know within one week of receiving your order at Provide your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one or refund your purchase price!
